Kindermusik Village provides the natural activity and learning your child is ready for from the first days of life. How many ways can you zoom? In a stroller, a wagon, train, rocket ship and canoe! You and your baby move in all these ways to help develop balance, strength and coordination, as well as vision and depth perception. You provide the special effects and songs—making the zooms, and the squeaks—that your baby uses to begin making sense of language and music.

Through the rituals of rocking, nursing, cuddling and singing, you follow your baby's cues to lull her to sleep. You’ll share the loving interactions of listening closely and talking to your baby that define these rituals, and give the best musical enrichment experience. 

AT HOME MATERIALS

As the centerpiece of each Kindermusik class, the At Home materials provide you with the tools for bringing music enrichment into your home all week long, not just in a weekly class. The CDs include a powerful collection of music and activities, from longtime children's favorites to multicultural songs in many languages. You and your child are continually introduced to a myriad of sounds, instruments, tones, lyrics, rhythms and more, for the whole family to enjoy and increase musical abilities. And by utilizing world class, award-winning musicians, the Kindermusik stamp of quality remains unmistakable. Materials vary with each program and include children's literature, specially designed baby-safe instruments and wall banner, all of which complement the music and activities. Experts in music & movement have created Kindermusik materials and curricula.

KINDERMUSIK VILLAGE is a very special weekly music and movement program that creates an experience of learning and bonding for you and your baby.

The latest brain research confirms what Kindermusik has known for 25 years - cognitive and language, social and emotional, as well as physical development all begin in a child's very first days of life. Village stimulates your baby's growth through purposeful, engaging musical activities while celebrating and nurturing the remarkable bond you share.

For Newborns through 1-1/2 years: Kindermusik Village is for lap babies, crawlers and walkers accompanied by a parent or caregiver. It incorporates Multi-age Activity: introducing multiple levels of activities appropriate for the different stages of development in this age range. Environments with diverse developmental stages in the first 18 months create an optimal learning setting for both children and parents. You'll see how multiple levels of age appropriate activities stimulate babies to observe, imitate and learn.

Educates Parents: You'll have a wonderful time in Kindermusik Village classes, and you'll be surprised by how much you can learn while having so much fun. Throughout your classroom experience, you'll learn how activities stimulate development in every area of your baby's brain. Kindermusik Foundations of Learning™ are woven throughout the lessons and are included on home activity cards that will extend your knowledge about how your baby is growing and how you can nurture that development.
